We recently took a trip to Malaga. It was slightly different from our usual trips to Spain, which involve lots of meetings and busy days. Instead, we decided to take it easy this time, and take in some sun and explore.
We took a trip to the city of Malaga, and wandered the busy streets. The familiar work of Picasso emblazoned on walls, the hustle and bustle of a Saturday in the city, the music and festivities of Spanish celebrations.
We strolled around various areas including Calahonda, Estepona, and Marbella, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and stopping for tapas and a drink along the way. Sometimes it is so good to reconnect with places.
We enjoyed delicious food, from small tapas plates to steaks cooked to perfection, the traditional pan con tomate breakfast, and the undeniable joy of dessert.
It felt so good to take in some sunshine, see the sea, and watch the world go by whilst we nibbled on Olives and Chorizo.
If you were looking for a sign to take a break away to Malaga...then here it is! You wont regret it.
